Practice Schedule and Location

1st/2nd Grade Girls & Boys - Tuesday/Thursday 4:00-5:00 PWP

3rd/4th/5th Grade Girls  - Monday/Wednesday 5:15-6:45 PWP

6th/7th/8th Grade Girls - Monday/Wednesday 5:00-6:30 PWP

3rd Grade Boys - Monday/Wednesday 4:00-5:15 PWP

4th Grade Boys - Monday/Thursday 5:15-6:45 PWP

5th/6th Grade Boys - Monday/Wednesday 5:30-7:00 PWP

7th/8th Grade  Boys - Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6:45 PWP

Teams

Players will register for a team based on their grade level and gender, 3rd-8th grade. Teams are formed in this manner in the spring season only, to match how the other teams in the league are formed.   

Combined grade teams will be formed if there are not enough registrants at a particular grade level (eg. 7th and 8th grade team)  

Players will be notified of their team placement after the registration period is complete and the coach has been determined.  

Games

Teams will participate in the Tri-Rivers League. This is a youth recreational soccer league offered only in the spring. The league includes the following cities: Arcadia, Bangor, Caledonia, Decorah, Holmen, Melrose-Mindoro, Onalaska, Sparta, La Crescent, Tomah, Viroqua and West Salem. 

Teams will play 8 games (4 home and 4 away) over the course of the season, on Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Coaches may schedule additional intra-club scrimmages as well. Dates TBD. 

Uniforms and Equipment

Jerseys can be ordered during registration. They will be handed out prior to the first game. Players will keep these at the end of the season. If your player has a jersey from last season they do not need to purchase a new one 

Required Equipment

Shin guards (worn under socks) 

Soccer socks 

Warm clothes when the weather is cold, to be worn under jerseys 

Soccer cleats (must be soccer and not football/baseball/softball) 

Coaches

DUF depends on our club families and community members to coach our youth! We will provide coach training opportunities and instruction. If a coach is not in place by the end of the registration period an email will be sent to all parents at that level requesting a coach! 

Registration fee is waived for parents who coach their child’s team! 

A coach’s meeting/clinic will be held prior to the season
