U15-U19 High School
Welcome to High School Soccer!
New for 2024: Starting in 2024, DUF's high school age teams will transition to a club schedule.
What does this mean?
Instead of playing high school teams, our high school age team will play club teams in the Madison Area Youth Soccer Association (MAYSA) at the U19 level. The biggest change resulting from this switch is that the girls main season will now be in the Fall, and the boys main season will be in the Spring.
This change is the result of a policy decision by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) to no longer allow club teams, like DUF, to play high school teams affiliated with the WIAA.

Please note all 9th-12th graders will be rostered on high school age teams. 8th graders born in 2010 (U15 age) play on our U14 youth team.
If there is sufficient interest, it is possible the U19 high school team will be split into a U16/17 team ("junior varsity") and a U19 ("varsity") team.

Girls Fall Soccer (U15-U19)
Season Dates: August 19 - November 2
Practices: Monday 5:30-7:00PM; Wednesday 3:45-5:15PM; Friday 3:45-5:30PM
Location: Viroqua High School practice field

Player/Parent Meeting: TBD
Captains Practice: Week of August 12
Registration Fee: $305
*$25 late fee will be assessed for all registrations received after July 12, 2024.
Game Schedule for Girls U15-U19
Games: 8 MAYSA League games starting the weekend of September 7-8 and ending November 2-3. All games will be played on the weekends. Travel distance to games will be between 45 minutes – 1.75 hours. Additional friendly - matches will be added to the schedule as well.
Tournaments: One end of season tournament, date TBD
Community Classic: Sunday, October 6, 2:00-6:00PM
More Information
Uniforms: Incoming freshman and new or returning players who did not order (or no longer have) uniforms purchased since fall 2022 will need to order a new uniform this season. Our newest uniforms which rolled out in the Fall of 2022 include a white Jersey, a red jersey, black Adidas shorts, red Adidas socks, white Adidas socks. All players must have matching uniforms.
Boys Fall Training (U15-U19)
We are excited to offer a fall training program for our high school boys this season.
Season Dates: August 19 - October 27
Practices: Sunday 1:00-2:30PM; Wednesday 5:30-7:00PM
Location: Viroqua High School practice field

In this off-season training program high school boys will advance their technical skills and further develop game skills and understanding while continuing to work on overall fitness level.
